Responsibilities

Location Shanghai, Shanghai CN Job ID REQ-057151

Manage key account projects, respond to customer needs, and work with project managers to formulate service plans.

Collaborate with project managers to complete annual project planning and confirm the best service solutions.

Be responsible for supplier management, including creating new accounts in the system, consulting service quotations, procurement, payments, and receiving goods.

Contracts sign-off and filing management, including amendment agreements and termination agreements, mail and file the original agreements.

Assist in accounting processing: system invoice generation, invoice application, invoice organization and preparation of payment reports

Cooperate with project managers in controlling project costs, accounting for project revenues, costs, etc., and submit business reports for the project as needed.

Coordinate other related matters within the project. Pre-sales support and complete all bidding files ,especially support relocation project.
