We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist with French language skills. The person will support the OneSource team.

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3-day office)

Role description:

  • Review, analyze, and process incoming purchase requisitions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procurement policies and GMP requirements

  • Coordinate and execute purchasing activities in a timely and cost-effective manner to support uninterrupted operations

  • Request and evaluate quotes from approved suppliers and contract service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and competitive pricing

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of purchasing data in systems, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance

  • Monitor supplier performance, cost, and contract scope to ensure best value, quality, and service levels

  • Identify and develop new, qualified supply sources when existing vendors no longer meet performance, compliance, or cost expectations

  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives, including alternative sourcing strategies, supplier consolidation, and process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce purchasing and procurement risk

  • Responsible for consistently meeting Purchasing targets and contributing to the achievement of departmental KPIs

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written)

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with international suppliers

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in using the SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
