Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with industrial clients in Sichuan to ensure business stability
• Drive business growth in emerging product lines while maintaining a stable market share in atomic spectroscopy
• Focus on expanding polymer-related market segments, increasing market share for molecular spectroscopy and thermal analysis products in the industrial sector
• Monitor industry market dynamics and compile market status and competitor intelligence.
• Develop and manage business channels within the assigned regional markets.
• Maintain current customer relationship and develop new customers.
• Coordinate and participate in product technical exhibitions and market-oriented events to present the company's offerings and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector; experience with physicochemical instruments is required.
• Familiarity with customers in disease control, food and drug testing, and industrial markets in Sichuan is preferred.
• Solid understanding of industrial market procurement dynamics, with strong market insight and business development capabilities.
• Proven experience in developing and managing industrial clients and channel partners, with the ability to independently drive sales projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Passion for sales, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand significant pressure.
