We are looking for a SAP Data Migration Support to join our OneSource team in Krakow.

12 months' fixed contract.

Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park

Late shift (starting from 14:30)

Key Responsibilities

  • Data extraction & collection - SAP contract and equipment data transfer from legacy system to the new entity, ensuring completeness and accuracy

  • Data mapping & transformation - create and maintain mapping documents, transform data to SAP‑compatible formats, and apply business rules

  • Data cleansing & quality checks - identify data quality issues, perform cleansing, and validate data integrity before and after the SAP migration

  • Testing & validation - conduct unit tests, reconciliation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and smoke testing for migrated SAP OneSource data

  • Issue resolution - troubleshoot data transfer errors, mapping data inconsistencies during mock cycles and cutover, close collaboration with SAP IT

  • Project documentation - maintain data dictionaries, issue logs, and process documentation, work with functional consultants and other SAP users

  • Post‑migration support - assist with hypercare, data corrections, and stabilization after go‑live, as well as longer term operational support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP migration or data transfer projects, preferably SAP Contract, Equipment Management or Purchasing

  • SAP module knowledge - understanding of master and transactional data in modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, PM

  • Data analysis - strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for identifying data issues and patterns

  • Excel/MS Office skills - ability to work with large datasets and advanced Excel functions

  • Communication skills - ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and explain data requirements clearly

  • Documentation & Process Discipline — ability to maintain accurate project documentation

  • English B2 level minimum
