PerkinElmer is seeking an experienced leader within our Global Contract Team to manage, develop and improve our team of OS Contracts Coordinators, Specialists and Associates. Support delivery improvements, cost reduction and value-add to the customer.
Hybrid working model, Krakow, Quattro Business Park (3days office)
Role description:
Lead, train, and mentor EMEA Contracts Team
Conducts performance reviews and provides input into annual salary planning
Manage projects assigned by Leadership
Site escalation point to resolve internal and external issues.
Ensure prioritization of workload to meet business requirements.
Drives appropriate actions to support short and long term goals in Global Contracts
Interfaces with senior leaders to provide advice, solutions, or continuous improvements
Responsible for developing and maintaining site specific SOPs
Possess in-depth knowledge of all Service Operations functions
Provide back-up support for Contract Specialist and Senior Contract Specialist roles as required to meet business needs
Attend meetings to provide management coverage
Report to Senior leaders on Department progress and initiatives
Manage improvement projects, related to Global Contracts
Department and work reallocation based on needs of the business
Role requirements:
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines
We are interested in candidates who have performed Team Coordination or Team Leader Back up
Preferred knowledge or experience in Contracts and other Financial roles
Management/Project Management - Sets goals and engages the team around them
Talent Development – Develops and implements processes and practices to proactively attract, select, and retain top, diverse talent
Customer Focus - Understands and acts on the needs of the internal and external customer
Demonstrated high level work ethic and organizational skills is a “must have”
Strong attention to detail; demonstrated accurate information transcription
Excellent Excel skills
Experience in SAP essential
Project management experience desirable
Understanding of excellent Customer Service
Ability to communicate both internally & externally; orally and in writing
