1. Support installation and maintenance of chemical analysis instruments.

2. Responsible for designated product line instrument installation, maintenance and repairment.

3. To promote service contracts and consumables to support Taiwan service team to meet AOP.

4. Act as first line customer service representative, to ensure customer satisfaction meets

PerkinElmer standard and expectation.
