Responsibilities

Run demo samples in the demo lab and support sales team on pre-sales and post-sales customer projects.
Develop and apply new application/methods and new techniques to provide solutions to sales team and customers; understand customers' current and future needs and design related application strategies.
Interact with customers through developing new application methods, participating in industry exhibitions, and presenting at conferences.
Develop sales tools and conduct sales training.
Update sales team on product and industry application information based on company product offerings and hot industry trends.
Conduct customer training in the demo lab.
