Role & Responsibility:-

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management
    • Manage warehouse operations and performance.
    • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
    • Monitor inbound receiving, put-away, storage, and outbound fulfilment activities.
    • Analyze inventory levels and work with planning teams to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
    • Support annual physical inventory and internal audits.
  • Trade Operations
    • Coordinate inbound international shipments via air, ocean, and courier channels.
    • Actively engaging with brokers for management of trade related matters (import facilitation, on-time clearance, data retention, Customs queries and regulatory compliance)
    • Ensure accurate preparation and review of shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and import permits.
    • Staying abreast with local trade regulations and ensuring company’s trade practices are aligned and compliant.
    • Lead and manage the Internal Compliance Program (ICP)
    • Conduct internal audits for assessment of trade risks.
    • Lead and manage external / Customs audits.
  • Logistics & Transportation Management
    • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery performance.
    • Monitor inbound and outbound logistics KPIs.
    • Handle shipment tracking, claims management, and issue resolution.
    • Optimize freight and warehousing costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Systems & Reporting
    • Maintain logistics transactions in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
    • Generate operational reports covering inventory, import lead times, delivery performance, and logistics costs.
  • Support data analysis and process improvement projects including KPIs
    • Customs clearance lead time
    • On-time delivery performance
    • Inventory accuracy (%)

    • Logistics cost per shipment
    • Import compliance adherence
    • Customer order fulfillment SLA
    • Shipment damage and claim rates

Qualifications :-

  • 4 + years of experience in Logistics and Trade Compliance within a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of the Foreign Exchange and Trade Regulatory
  • Exposure to medical devices, technology, industrial equipment, telecommunications, or manufacturing industries.
  • There is knowledge BOI, TAX Exemption and Free Trade Zone (FTZ)
  • Import license TISI-NSW, FDA and DIT
  • English: Business level (Capable of reporting to and participating in meetings with Global mates)
  • Customer service oriented and proactive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and self-motivated and able to manage multiple task
  • Good computer skills including MS Office, Outlook & SAP
  • Able to adopt dynamic working environment, and team player
