Your impact:
PTC’s business continuously evolves to bring product innovation and customer value to the marketplace. Within Revenue Operations we ensure that sellers have the tools, processes, support, and resources necessary to achieve success. As a Deal Support Specialist, you will partner with Subscription Managers, Field Sales and Conversion Reps to improve accuracy, efficiency and bridge process gaps. As system and process subject matter experts you will increase transactional velocity and manage complex activities which allow our sellers to drive growth for PTC.
Your team:
The Deal Support Organization is accountable for delivering consistent, high quality and efficient centralized services to Field Sales, Subscription Managers and Conversion Sales. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and managing quotes for sellers, providing assistance with various transaction types (e.g., renewal subscriptions), driving continuous process improvements and seeking efficiency gains. Cross-functional collaboration across PTC is also paramount to the success of this role.
Day-To-Day:
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Subscription Managers, and Conversion Sales to support quoting requests, customer product adjustments, and various customer-facing needs.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and business units to facilitate order completion.
- Oversee individual ticketing queues, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution in alignment with organizational SLT.
- Develop conversion offers in accordance with established business processes.
- Work closely with internal teams, including the Commercial Desk, Legal, Finance, and Customer Operations, to secure necessary approvals and finalize seller deliverables.
- Provide proactive support to sales representatives by assisting with opportunity management and data validation.
- Participate in projects and user acceptance testing (UAT) as required by business needs.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Fluent English is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salesforce.com opportunity management and quoting experience preferred
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math or other relevant fields
+3 years ‘work experience in similar roles.
