Your Team:
Global Accounting Operations (GAO) is responsible for the general ledger accounting of PTC, the hub where all financial information is coming together from various sources and compiled for the internal and external financial reporting and compliance. Our goal us to deliver value-add word class services to our customers in a global dynamic ecosystem.
In EMEA, GAO operates with teams in Bucharest and Munich to ensure accurate and timely general ledger accounting.
Your Impact:
· As part of the European Accounting Team you will experience:
o Being part of a dynamic and challenging environment in the Global Accounting Operations team, with colleagues in the US, Asia, and South America.

Your Day-To-Day:
This position will collaborate closely with our Global Tax Team and will focus on corporation tax compliance and execution and documentation of intercompany transactions in day-to-day operations for PTC’s international operations as well as computation and filing of taxes in our regular corporate and statutory financial reporting.
· Hands-on computation of ongoing and final annual intercompany transactions for services exchanged between international legal entities
· Coordinate and drive the preparation of tax provisions and deferred taxes for group and statutory reporting
· Drive preparation of documents and information to external advisors for annual corporation tax audits
· Compiling and documenting relevant information to support the recurring preparation of transfer price documentation
· Support of tax audits in covered legal entities
· Improve existing procedures, checklists and frameworks to evolve current practices for higher efficiency and effective use of systems and technology
Your Skills and Knowledge:
· Degree in Accounting/Tax or related field required, Master’s level or equivalent education preferred with at least 4 years of relevant accounting or public accounting experience
· Enjoying working on hands-on activities and the continuous development of the underlying frameworks with a variety of stakeholders
· Corporate taxes and transfer pricing experience helpful
· Experience in international/multinational environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience in financial reporting systems, business intelligence
· Attention to detail and analytical approach; open minded, flexible, proactive & interactive attitude
o Fluent English is mandatory – another European language is a plus.
