The Account Operations Internship position is focused on assisting the Account Operations team with many tasks, from creating screenshot decks to updating weekly reporting. You will gain insights into advertising campaign lifecycles by helping the Account Ops team from campaign launch to campaign wrap-up—creating insertion orders, communicating with all internal teams, utilizing multiple reporting systems, and providing general support. The AO Intern will also be responsible for completing various company projects.

• Hours: Flexible Hours - We are looking for someone who can contribute 12-20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist the Account Ops team with screenshots, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
• Communicate with all internal teams, clients, and partners when needed.
• Complete various projects for the AO team.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Advertising Major is encouraged but not required.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organization skills
