The role
As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for the delivery of planning and scheduling support across projects and programmes across our UK Defence portfolio.

  • Maintain project schedules and keep project resources on track, provide regular project updates to stakeholders, and maintain contact with staff to monitor job progress.
  • Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, including baselining, status and performance measurement baselines.
  • Using EVM techniques such as Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC).
  • Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.


This role is full-time, 37-hours per week, and based at Bristol site with flexible, hybrid working arrangements.

Essential Experience for the Senior Scheduler

  • Previous experience of operating as a project scheduler
  • Knowledge of the development and delivery of complex project schedules using proprietary planning tools, specifically PPM2016 or Primavera P6
  • Experience of managing a complex project or programme is desirable


Qualifications for the Senior Scheduler

  • Experience in a similar role is more valuable than a specific qualification for this position
