The Role

As a Health and Safety Risk Management Lead, you will have a role that is out of the ordinary you will work as part of a team to deliver the global health and safety risk management strategy, process and framework, collectively known as the plan.

This role will have global impact on safety processes, policy, culture, and performance and play a key part in safely enabling our people and customers through an innovative problem solving mind-set.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to implement the above ensuring that each legal entity has appropriate content in the management system for health and safety risk management.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver health and safety risk management activities to plan or as directed in response to an emerging issue ensuring innovative and best available technological options are explored.
  • Provide consultative input to global management system documents and their deployment anticipating future health and safety risk management requirements.

This role is a full-time, remote working position working in a global capacity so occasional flexibility to work across multiple time zones is required.

Essential experience of the Health and Safety Risk Management Lead:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Health and Safety practitioner in a Senior Leadership or Managerial Role
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Practical experience as a Health and Safety practitioner with implementing change and influencing processes

Qualifications for the Health and Safety Risk Management Lead:

  • Recognised health and safety qualification (NEBOSH certificate or diploma or equivalent)
