Headquartered in Nowra, New South Wales, QinetiQ Air Affairs, part of QinetiQ’s Threat Representation business unit, provides targets and training services, and electronic warfare capabilities to the Australian Defence Force, in addition to aerial surveillance and reconnaissance in support of government firefighting efforts. Air Affairs owns and operates a fleet of special mission aircraft and maintains an advanced manufacturing and engineering facility providing design, manufacture and certification operations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail orientated individual with administration experience to support our manufacturing and training facilities. For this position, we are open to a number of employment types, including full time, part-time or job share. This role will require you to be onsite, to support reception and training activities.

Your day to day role will see you joining a supportive team to;

  • Complete a variety of reception activities, including visitor greeting and managing sign in requirements.
  • Provide administrative support across the Manufacturing and Training Centres, including organising meetings, checking invoices and document management.
  • Assist with the management of training records and preparation of academic documentation.
  • Prepare booklets and worksheets to support Training Centre Instructors.

As our ideal candidate you will bring;

  • A willingness to learn, and follow instructions.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience from a similar administration environment.
  • Formal Qualifications in Business Administration. (Cert III or above)
