We are currently accepting applications for a Supply Chain ERP Analyst to support the business during the lead-up to and throughout the Oracle ERP implementation. This role can be based out of Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide or Brisbane.

Reporting to the ERP Lead (Finance Systems) this role combines operational backfill responsibilities with strategic process optimisation and ERP project leadership.

The Supply Chain ERP Analyst will be accountable for:

  • Taking a lead role in the Oracle ERP implementation ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across supply chain and manufacturing operations
  • Identifying, designing and implementing process efficiencies including manual developing of schedules and development of supporting procedures and policies
  • Providing hands on support for order management, purchase order creation and other supply chain and manufacturing activities as needed
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for supply chain and manufacturing processes during Oracle ERP implementation
  • Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhanced data integrity
  • Designing and implementing interim solutions to support business operations prior to ERP go-live
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP configuration aligns with business needs
  • Providing post implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives

As a suitably experienced and well- rounded Supply Chain/ERP professional, the Supply Chain ERP Analyst will have:

  • Solid experience in a similar role managing supply chain and manufacturing ERP systems in medium to large businesses
  • Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrades or migrations
  • Strong understanding of core business process across Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing and their integration within ERP systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience in vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing support
  • A hands on and proactive approach with the ability to balance operational support and strategic project leadership
  • Experience in change management and driving digital transformation
  • Knowledge of contract compliance, trade controls and supplier assurance processes
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance. Current security clearance is advantageous.
