About the role:
We are looking to appoint a Systems Specialist within Enterprise Services supporting the global HR tool - SAP SuccessFactors landscape, incorporating Employee Central (including EC Time Off), Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management, Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management, Performance & Goal Management, Continuous Performance, Compensation Management, Succession and Development modules.
The SuccessFactors Systems Specialist will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors platform across its full module suite. This role involves, ticket management, troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring integrations, system health activities and ensuring compliance with established processes. Working closely with Senior System Specialists, you will develop hands-on expertise in system configuration and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What will I be doing?
- Provide service management support for user-raised tickets across the full SuccessFactors module suite. Responsibilities include managing the support queue, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution in accordance with agreed SLAs.
Assign and maintain role-based permissions within the system, performing regular audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures - Monitor SuccessFactors integrations, collaborating closely with internal Centre of Excellence teams and global third-party support partners to identify and resolve issues, ensuring successful and timely resolution
- Perform regular system monitoring routines using the integrated Check Tool to ensure system health and integrity, escalating issues to Senior System Specialists to determine the appropriate course of action
- Perform data imports as required to support incident resolution and change management activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established processes.
Support testing activities for application development and system enhancements, including designing and executing test scripts and accurately documenting results. - Support in maintaining system documentation, ensuring it is accurate, updated with any changes or new developments, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in half-yearly SuccessFactors release activities working along-side Senior Systems team members and 3rd party support partner to review and assess impact on existing functionality and identify potential enhancements.
- Develop capability to configure SuccessFactors by learning under the guidance of Senior System Specialists. Gain hands-on experience with modules, workflows, business rules, and other system components while strictly adhering to established change control processes.
