The Role

Our high-performing team of finance professionals is seeking a Loan Processor/Parabroker to support our team of brokers. As a Loan Processor at Podium Money, you will be pivotal in managing customer relationships, have a high level of attention to detail to package and lodge loan applications efficiently, maintaining compliance, accuracy and urgency.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Acting point of contact for clients, and proactively providing updates on application progress
• Liaise with lenders, to facilitate timely assessment of applications and influencing processing timelines.
• Liaising with stakeholders including conveyancers/solicitors, real estate agents and accountants to ensure smooth processing
• Proactively addressing additional requests from the lender and ability to collect documents and respond as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

• At minimum 2-3 years proven experience in the industry with a focus on lodgements.
• Driven with a proactive approach to ensure your service to clients is exceptional
• Experience with CRM portals including ability to generate a game plan.
• Strong understanding of packaging loan applications while ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documents
• Strong understanding and Skill Set in Apply Online and lodgement of applications
• Understanding and adherence to compliance and processes with a preference for systematic work.
• Ability to support a servicing calculator amendment as needed and have an understanding of products
• Ability to complete a new or amend an existing pricing reque and order different types of valuations with a variety of lenders via corelogic or their portals
• Proficient in managing high volumes of work within tight deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
• Confidence to communicate verbally with clients and ability to get commitments from clients to return outstanding documents
