Asset Based Lending Pty Ltd is an exciting new unique lending business that lends money to companies where they can use assets they own as security without the need to provide company financials, directors guarantees or have to make monthly repayments. The only requirement is that ABL have to hold the asset as security for the length of the loan term.

We are a new business that has the backing of a national business with over 14 sites across the country.

ABL need an experienced Loan & Sales Administration Officer to manage the application process from application to settlement. The vast majority of the process is automated through our FinPower Software.

The role will have you taking loan enquiries & explaining the ABL process, with the view to taking an application & loading that information into the software platform. You will also be required to engage with valuers, transport operators & lawyers that prepare legal documentation.

There is no formal credit decisioning required, however an understanding of asset-based lending and industry terms like LVR, security etc would be an advantage.
