Position description - Virtual Lending:

We are very excited to announce the launch of Virtual Banking, dedicated banking teams for Third Party Banking. Virtual Banking will transform the way we engage with customers through digital and phone across both Retail and Third-Party Banking. It is responsible for ensuring compliance, ongoing health and proactive growth of customers.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for inbound calls where you will assist customers with all lending enquiries and execution of lending requests such as conducting needs analysis and completing lending applications for home loans.

As a Home Lending Specialist, you’ll require the following:

• Good understanding of the Bank’s lending products, digital and self-service offerings, policies, and regulations
• Extensive customer service experience
• Advanced technology and digital capabilities
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with key community stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to and accept change.
• Proven relationship building skills to achieve financial outcomes.
• Understand financials and performance of the business.
• Lending experience is preferable
• FSRA Accreditation T2

These are Permanent positions working Full time for Total hours of 76 per fortnight where we offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of a minimum of two days in a local Head Office per week.

The Third Party Virtual Banking opening hours will be Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1830 (AEST) You will be required to work a rotating roster within these opening hours.
