Australian Financial Market is seeking 2 experienced, self-motivated individuals to operate as a Loan Processor/Credit Analyst. Minimum 1 year experience within the lending industry is preferred but not essential. Applicants will join a team of experienced Mortgage Brokers currently servicing the greater metropolitan area of Sydney.

Successful applicants must be well presented, have above average written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and enjoy working in a positive and dynamic environment.

Applicants will be trained to prepare and lodge loan applications to the lenders utilising Flex software and Apply Online and also updating our internal CRM, assisting and supporting brokers when required.

Skills & Experience

Preferred applicants must :

• Have Previous mortgage broking or loan processing experience
• Be able to prepare Lender Proposals and Submissions
• Be Familiar with Apply Online
• Have Above average communication Skills
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Be able to multitask
• Willing to learn
• Be familiar with or learn Flex Software (CRM)

Whilst previous experience is preferred, it is not essential. Full training will be provided.

Further training in Lending and assistance in gaining Mortgage Industry Accreditation can be provided.
