We have fulltime positions available.
Full time: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Based within our Coopers Plains, Finance Team, this exciting and diverse entry level position includes but is not limited to;

• taking inbound calls from customers seeking caravan and camper finance loans
• work through a series of step-by-step pre-loan qualifying questions
• make a final determination as to whether the applicant qualifies or not
• pass qualified applicants to next level for further loan application processes
• process all related documentation & database maintenance & management

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate;

• BOQ finance experience or similar
• experience in a high customer service focussed environment (call centre will be ideal, however we are happy to consider applicants from retail or similar environments)
• possess outstanding communication skills
• a highly enthusiastic & energetic approach
• an exceptional attitude & overall approach to your work
• your ability to be a valued & effective team member
• possess solid computer skills
• And last, but not least, have a genuine desire to be the best at what you do!
