A newly created position exists for an experienced loans/finance administration person to assume responsibility for a large loan book, providing financial, administrative and clerical support across several entities.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Overseeing the administration of the company's home loan book, ensuring loan data accuracy and integrity
  • Perform reconciliations of lender commissions to agreed rates
  • Reconciliation of settled deals, run off and discharges
  • Liaising with lenders, aggregators and finance brokers
  • Provide support to the finance team
  • Month to month loan comparisons

Our ideal applicant will have at least 2 years experience in the financial services sector, with exposure to mortgage lending/loans. You should be proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, to an intermediate level. We need someone with strong analytical skills, a logical problem solver with a keen eye for detail.

You should be a strong communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills. You will work between 2 office locations at Robina and Benowa.
