The Role

This is a pivotal role supporting the Document & Settlement team. Training will be provided and will remain on-going. Your responsibilities will grow to include:

• Creating a positive first impression via phone, face to face and via written communication
• Client and team support, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and request for action both externally and internally
• Assisting with documentation and settlements for Commercial Asset Finance Applications

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to join the team playing a key support role to the Documents and Settlement Team. You will be:

• A capable multi-tasker
• A fast and efficient worker with high attention to details
• Confident, friendly, professional and assertive on the phone
• Able to build positive relationships with customers

The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks such as Police Check. Note: This is an office based role.
