We are seeking a Customer Relationship Advisor to join our team in Rhodes, where you'll work in a modern, newly renovated office near public transport. This is a full-time temporary assignment running until June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers considering switching to another lender.
• Retain existing home loan customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify and address root causes of customer dissatisfaction.
• Adjust home loan arrangements to better meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Accurately record all activity and update file notes.
• Consistently meet or exceed retention targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales or customer retention would be advantageous.
• Experience working within a call centre in financial services is desirable.
• Self-motivated, with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
