Within this role, you will be the point of contact of clients and managing the end-to-end loan operations process for commercial loans, ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact for clients and oversee the loan operations process from origination to post-settlement, including loan documentation, funding, and disbursement
  • Ensure all commercial loan transactions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Review and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting terms.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and the credit team to ensure timely loan approvals and funding.
  • Monitor loan servicing activities, including payments, adjustments, renewals, and modifications.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, including reporting and audit support.

The Successful Candidate will:
  • Strong understanding of commercial loan operations, preferably within a commercial finance setting
  • Understanding of the loan documentation, servicing and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
