Key Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for clients and oversee the loan operations process from origination to post-settlement, including loan documentation, funding, and disbursement
- Ensure all commercial loan transactions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Review and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with underwriting terms.
- Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and the credit team to ensure timely loan approvals and funding.
- Monitor loan servicing activities, including payments, adjustments, renewals, and modifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, including reporting and audit support.
The Successful Candidate will:
- Strong understanding of commercial loan operations, preferably within a commercial finance setting
- Understanding of the loan documentation, servicing and regulatory compliance
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
