We are seeking a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist with experience in commercial loans and strong customer service skills to join a scaling company within Medical Finance sector.

You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, and collaborating closely with the sales team to the loan operations process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as one of key contact for clients, managing the loan process from origination to post-settlement, including documentation, funding, and disbursement.
• Ensure all commercial loan transactions comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and adherence to underwriting terms.
• Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and the credit team to ensure seamless loan approvals and funding.
• Oversee loan servicing activities such as payments, renewals, adjustments, and modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions, supporting audits and reporting requirements.

About You:

• Strong understanding of commercial loan operations, ideally within a commercial finance environment - exposure to goodwill, escrows, and asset financing highly desirable
• Knowledge of loan documentation, servicing, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
