An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Loan Assessor to join the WLTH business, working with an energetic team of lending professionals, in a premium inner city Brisbane location. Being a values based organisation, we hire on character as well as capability.

This position is primarily responsible for assisting our team of Lenders and Mortgage Brokers give an outstanding customer experience and help us change the lending and payments experience to a more positive one.

Key responsibilities

• Support our team and Mortgage Brokers with loan applications
• Collect and review information and documents required to complete loan applications, validate completed loan applications and review applications for formal approval.
• Track the status of loan application and liaise with clients, lenders, broker, conveyancers and referral partners and ensure settlement happens on time
• Maintain the CRM system and process loan applications via our Loan Origination platform
• Bring a positive, fun attitude and great energy!

Your skills and experience

• Credit assessment experience is highly regarded
• Customer service/admin experience is essential - ideally within banking/finance for a minimum of 12 months
• Home Loans and Finance knowledge is a must
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment
