About the Role:
We own and operate several ANZ Mobile Lending franchises with ANZ Bank. We have won numerous Franchisee of the Year awards and have one of the larger businesses in the industry.
We have built our success on outstanding customer service and are looking to hire a new sales support officer who will work daily with the principal and our sales team.
Ideal for a person currently working as a broker support officer or in lending support, this person will play a key role in assisting our mortgage lenders with client onboarding, loan processing, and ongoing database management.
This role has a high level of client contact, therefore exceptional customer service skills is a must.
Key responsibilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
Facilitate new client onboarding, ensuring all required documents are completed and processed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support our lenders with daily operations, including responding to client inquiries, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining updated records.
Assist in processing of all loans ensuring accuracy and timely completion from submission to settlement.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving matters professionally and efficiently. There will be a high level of customer interaction.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by company policy and regulatory standards.
Liaise with internal departments, including compliance and operations to ensure seamless client support.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and basic computer skills.
The ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with our customers.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external personnel and customers.
Must be reliable and possess a positive, genuine ‘can-do’ attitude.
Excellent at handling challenging conversations with customers.
High attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
