Credit Analyst - Home Loans

You will be responsible for;
· Monitoring and processing mortgage files from initial meeting to settlement including serviceability assessments and lender policy reviews.
· Liaising with clients, referrers, and lenders to ensure loan applications are proceeding smoothly
· Providing customers with timely, periodic loan application status updates
· Compiling documents for customer files and accurately entering data into CRM
· Processing documents, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each document and, ensuring all files meet industry and compliance standards
· Client follow up calls and yearly home loan reviews
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes
- Detail oriented due to the financial nature of the role.
· A strong understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word, Adobe and database management
· Excellent written communication skills enabling the candidate to work effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
· Ability to learn quickly
· Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking and must be able to manage their own time, establish schedules and meet deadlines.
· Ability to review and assess complex financials and understand how this will impact a client's eligibility to seek lending.
