An opportunity has now opened to be a part of our journey in being the Number One Supplier in the Transport and Recreation Industry.

Opportunity:

Reporting to the Office Manager and working as part of a small team, your day will be both busy and varied. This role will suit a proactive, results driven individual looking for a change in 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the overall day-to-day running of the office and relieving the Office Manager as needed.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site.
  • Data entry of sales orders received via phone, email, and online portals.
  • Invoicing, quoting and customer communication via Xero.
  • Weekly stocktake & Inventory control.
  • Assisting with the bookings of interstate transport and associated paperwork via online platforms.
  • Resolving customer issues as and when they arise
  • Data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Additional other tasks as needed from time to time.
  • Stock and Inventory control
  • Parts ordering
  • Manage after Sales Service and Warranty
  • Heavy vehicle, trailer & caravan paperwork submissions and documentations (training provided) with Service NSW
  • Preparing Loan documents, liaising with lenders and finance companies to secure finance.

Requirements:

  • Office Administration & Customer Service Experience (min 3 years)
  • MUST be able to write loan documents and or have the ability to become a fully licenced broker.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • AR / AP Experience (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work across our core hours of operation - Opening Hours : 7:00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am – 3.00pm Saturday and Sunday.

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAY
  • IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Must be reliable and have own transport
