We are looking for an ambitious and energetic White Label Business Development Manager to join the Finsure Group team in Melbourne and Sydney.

The Candidate:

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a passionate and energetic BDM to join our state-based sales teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth in our Finsure Loans portfolio by executing a strategic plan to increasing volumes/sales by supporting brokers and cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with our brokers as well as all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a face-to-face visitation program as part of upskilling brokers on all things Finsure Loans either on a one-on-one basis or collaborative education sessions in order to drive sales and foster business growth of our White Label product.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with our broker network, providing them with exceptional support and service.
  • Work collaboratively with the other Finsure sales and relationship teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach to client management.
  • Continuously strive to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering sustained outcomes in a Residential/Commercial lending portfolio.
  • A passion and energy to drive sales outcomes through proactive business development and for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career by building a positive personal brand.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A valid drivers license and ability to travel in interstate as required.
