Your New Role

As a Loan Packager & Processor, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate the home loan journey. You will work very closely with the brokers as a team unit to service and support the customer. You'll provide tailored loan solutions, manage applications, and ensure a seamless process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Application Management: You'll be the backbone of the application process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Liaising with lenders and brokers to ensure timely approvals.

  • Client Service: You'll liaise directly with clients on behalf of the Mortgage Brokers, acting as a trusted point of contact. Supporting clients with clear, proactive communication throughout their home loan journey.

  • Quality & Compliance: Your attention to detail will shine as you prepare, manage, and submit accurate loan applications and compliance documentation

You'll be the go-to expert, empowering Australians to achieve their home ownership dreams! This is a fast-growing team.
