Seeking an experience Loans processor or Lending specialist with experience with business lending looking to join the dynamic team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

In this role, you will be working with a collaborative team, assisting clients, the sales team and other stakeholder with all aspects of the loan operations process. You’ll have the opportunity to work with various financial products, from property and business acquisition loans to equipment and car financing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Applications: Collaborate with sales to prepare and review credit papers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Servicing Clients: Manage servicing needs for credit applications, sourcing financial statements and verifying client data.
• Ongoing Deal Management: Oversee approved transactions, coordinate with stakeholders, and handle all documentation to ensure a smooth settlement process.
• Post-Settlement Follow-up: Ensure all conditions are met post-settlement, liaising with stakeholders as needed.
• Pipeline Management: Track expected settlements, liaise with clients, and manage rollovers to maintain efficient workflows.

About You:

• Prior loan processing/lending experience
• Excellent customer service experience
• Familiarity with financial statements, AML/KYC requirements, and CRM systems.
• Experience working with different business lending products (asset, property, goodwill, escrows and overdrafts highly desirable)
