Key Objectives of the role
Working closely with the Mortgage broker and franchise owner to continue to develop Inclusive Financial Service (Mortgage Choice franchise) to be the most respected and inclusive mortgage broking business in Victoria.

The role of a Credit Analyst is to provide strong administrative and office support for the Franchise owner (and other mortgage brokers in the team in the future) as well as, assist the franchise owner in preparing loan applications including, but not limited to the following tasks:

Credit Analyst
● Follow MC Invahoe Sales and Loan Application process
● Review client hand over information and summaries information for meeting follow up email
● Request and review mortgage document from clients inline with Mortgage choice and lender credit policies
● Enter all relevant client details into MC systems
● Conduct relevant Policy research
● Obtain lender specific Pricing
● Prepare lender recommendation, Loan Choice Documents and client communication
● Prepare application for submission via AOL and LoanApp
● Prepare Lender Servicing calculators
● Order valuations
● Resolve MIR’s form the lender with the support of the Loan administration team

Loan Administration Support
● Support loan administration team with overflows and during periods on leave
● Track the status of loan applications from submission to settlement
● Liaise with customer throughout loan application process – including loan approval
● Preparation of letters/correspondence
● Maintain customer database
● Use the appropriate Lenders helpline or contact details for matters relating to applications
● To maintain regular and timely contact with lending teams at all levels of the loan processing stages from credit assessors to the funding teams.
● Provide strong administrative and office support for the Franchise as well as, assist the Mortgage Brokers in the franchise in maintaining and tracking customer loan applications.

General tasks
● Further develop the sales and loan administration process.
● Provide first class service to all current and potential clients so that they feel comfortable to refer our services to family and friends.
● Support the franchise owner with social media post and general marketing activities
