An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Loan Processor & Customer Care Assistant to join us full time in our Collins Street office in Melbourne CBD. This role has been created to assist both the Managing Director and Customer Service Manager with administrational duties and assisting with the completion of the client experience from lead to settlement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing internal workflow.
  • Fostering strong relationships with our valued clients.
  • Ensure client accounts are set up correctly.
  • Coordinating settlements and communicating with solicitors, lending institutions, and other parties involved in deals.
  • Ad hoc social media tasks and content creation for Instagram and TikTok, with direct reporting to the Marketing Manager.
  • Guide and assist clients with the loan document process.
  • Staying updated on market trends, regulations and industry best practices.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:

  • Attitude over Experience: We value a positive and can-do attitude and offer comprehensive and extensive training from our senior team. This is a junior position so experience isn’t required, just a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in Finance, Business or Property: A passion for finance and helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership is a must. Whilst prior experience is preferred to some degree, it isn’t necessary.
  • Passion for Customer Service: You enjoy helping others, thrive in delivering outstanding customer service and have a high attention to detail.
  • Multitasker and Self Motivated: You are self motivated, have the ability to work autonomously and in a fast paced work environment.
