Our client is a leading non-bank lender providing first-class services to their broker network, specialising in residential and commercial property finance.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with borrowers during times of financial stress to achieve a satisfactory resolution
  • Resolve early to mid-stage pre-enforcement by proactively manage the loan book with regards to arrears, defaults, losses. and daily dishonour
  • Assist with the management of relations with the loan servicer, loan administration software
  • Prepare daily arrears reports
  • Assist in the management of approved & expiring applications.
  • Internal risk & compliance policies management
  • Process hardship applications as received
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years property experience (ideally in residential and commercial)
  • Experience in credit, collections and loan hardships.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Desire to provide high level of support whilst being keen to learn and develop your skills.
  • A proactive approach and strong team ethic
  • Hybrid role that offers some flexibility to work from home!
