SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The kind of people who are successful in our business have the following attributes:
- A Proven track record in the credit area in a Brokerage. Must fully understand credit and products and features of products
- The ability to Understand Credit Policies and Debt servicing calculators for 60+ Lenders and able to use Quickli.
- Strong command of business English with a clear, articulate telephone manner
- Strong communication skills when dealing with clients, Lenders and our own team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to communicate and work with an offshore team
- Strong organizational and time management skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritise is essential as we are a busy company with high volumes of leads and mortgages.
- You will need to juggle leads and follow them up. Follow up clients for information with our processing team, manage all communications to your allocated clients. You will need to manage the leads and follow up on documents to ensure a quick and smooth loan process. You will manage all communications with your allocated clients.
- You will need to assist clients struggling to complete their online Fact Finds
- You need to be able to answer questions regarding the Brokers chosen products with clients

This position would be ideal for a broker looking for a change or someone working as a Credit Manage/Parabroker. The applicant must have good Credit Skills and fully understand all banks policies and debt servicing calculators. An understanding of Quickli is desirable

Ideally, you can demonstrate to have a minimum of three (3) years of mortgage lending experience.
DUTIES
- You may be taking lead calls
- You may be reviewing clients Fact Finds clients by phone and Zoom after they’ve completed them
- You will be working in Quickli looking at borrowing capacity in a timely manner
- Liaise and workshop scenarios with Bank Credit Managers and Business Development Managers along with our Credit team if needed.
- You will be responsible for all communications with the client from the first call
- You will be required to ensure all files are 100% compliant
- You will be checking that full living expense and cash flow analysis are done properly by our Processing team for clients in your workflow
- You will assist with the preparation of compliance documents. We prepare individually tailored compliance documents and do not use templates
- You will be completing Bi-annual Rate Reviews for existing clients
- Use our Aggregators software Salestrekker
- Detailed knowledge of Compliance, Legislative and Regulatory requirements within the home lending industry relating to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism;
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and administrative ability.
