We are seeking a Mortgge Retentions Officer to join a leading financial institution committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions for our customers. Our Mortgage Retentions team plays a vital role in supporting our existing customers with their home loan needs, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.

The position is available for a full time temp contract until 30 June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with existing customers by proactively addressing their enquiries and offering tailored solutions, with a particular focus on home loan products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
• Identify opportunities to retain customers by offering competitive solutions, product adjustments, or benefits to address concerns and build loyalty.
• Achieve retention-focused KPIs by successfully addressing customer concerns, reducing churn, and maintaining high-quality call metrics.
• Keep detailed customer records updated in real-time to ensure accurate documentation of interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a financial services retention-focused role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Comfortable with working towards KPIs and performance targets
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (7.5-hour shifts)

• The role is based at Rhodes, conveniently located near public transport
