About the role

Join ANZ Mobile Lending as a Mortgage Loan Writer and be a key part of our dynamic team based in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice to help customers secure their dream home. With a focus on the Mortgages industry, you will leverage your expertise to guide customers through the loan application process from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored mortgage solutions
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and gathering all necessary documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the loan approval process
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to customers throughout the loan journey
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar mortgage or financial services role, preferably in the banking industry
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in financial analysis and data interpretation to assess customer needs
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
