About the Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance with all aspects of loan documentation, settlements and file custody in accordance with the Banks’ standards. Reporting to the Credit Administration Team Leader, key responsibilities include:

• Prepare, review, and verify loan documents ensuring full compliance with all terms and conditions
• Assist Settlements Team with review of settlement documentation against business requirements
• Assist Credit Operations Team with loan maintenance
• Oversee documentation management, including customer records, transaction files, security and mortgage documents
• Collaborate with external solicitors, business units and clients to ensure smooth loan processing

About You

We are seeking someone who has the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Previous experience in loan and document processing or a similar role
• Solid understanding of the mortgage process
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A keen eye for simplifying and enhancing processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly competent Microsoft Office skills
