Essentials:

• 2+ years experience in the Australian home loan or mortgage industry.
• Proficiency using Mercury Nexus and Quickli.
• A problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to talk on the phone with our clients. They'll mostly want to hear your voice, not read your emails.
• Eager to work on the big picture with your clients.
• A curious nature and a desire to grow within a supportive environment.

The role:

• You'll be the primary point of contact for clients from the stage that we request information for their loans, through to when loans are formally approved.
• Be supported by 2 experienced Philippines based loan processors.
• Workshop scenarios with BDM's to create perfect client outcomes.
• Use a high tech suite of tools designed to save your time, including Quickli, Sherlok, and Mercury Nexus.
• Build and curate relationships with your clients year round, not just when they need a loan.
• Work closely with the Directors on client projects.
• Anything else which helps with the growth of the company and our service offering, and that makes use of your skillset.
