Focus Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a fast growing Finance broking/Capital advisory firm in Sydney. Due to rapid growth since inception in 2022, they are now seeking a Broker Support to help build and create the home loan application.

The organisation was built by the 2 founders who have had over 20 years experience in banking. After looking to help and make additional capital easier for customers they have built a strong broker organisation that puts their customers in their focal point.

With big goals created for 2025, they are now seeking a Broker support, this role would suit someone with a financial background in education as well as experience in banking and the lending broker industry. we are looking for someone who wants to create a career in the space.

Key Responsibilities

• Being point of contact for the Senior brokers of the team
• Working in a fast paced manner to deal with the hustle of broking
• Ensuring all applications are fit for purpose
• Providing follow ups

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a similar role
• Experience in residential lending
• Educational background similar to the role and or banking

• $65,000 - $70,000 base + Super
