About the role
With continuing rapid growth, an opportunity now presents for an experienced Inbound Customer Service Officer to join their expanding and close-knit team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to clients, prospects and referrers through telephone and email correspondence. Additionally, you will manage and create payment plans, ensuring the appropriate procedures are followed.
Duties
- Answer inbound calls
- Action client requests
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Monitor work queues
- Manage payment plans
- Update client information into database
