If this is you, then you are likely an experienced salesperson outside of the finance industry who is driven to be the best and will be remunerated accordingly for your efforts through our uncapped commission structure and base salary.

About the role
As a Finance Broker with us you’ll work with our customers to find them their vehicle related finance, warranty and insurance. Working with our leadership team and the customer, you’ll engage with our panel of lenders and product providers to find the best solutions for our customers.
You’ll only be working with customers who are looking for your expertise to find the best solutions for them, we don’t do cold calling!
This is a fast paced and dynamic role, working with a collaborative operations team to ensure you and your clients succeed in getting the best outcomes.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate, build rapport and foster productive relationships with team members, stakeholders and customers;
- Attention to detail;
- The ability to clearly identify people’s needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and the business;
- A strong work ethic and a can do attitude;
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage your own workflow;
- The ability to give clear, no nonsense advice;
- The willingness to negotiate and overcome objections when they arise to ensure the delivery of excellent outcomes for our customers;
Previous experience that is highly valued includes:
- Phone based sales experience working towards and exceeding KPIS in a dynamic and results focused customer service team is favourable.
Work Eligibility:
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
