In this role

You’ll join the team on 10th March, where we’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running. Based in our Parramatta inbound contact centre, you’ll engage with customers over the phone, creating a positive and memorable experience by delivering exceptional customer service. While these are Monday to Friday roles, after your 4 months full time in office training (standard business hours) you’ll need to be available to work between 8am – 7:15pm but for the first 12 months, you’ll be assigned the late shift 11am – 7:15pm.

In this role, you’ll provide customers with information about home lending products, helping them understand market comparisons and find the best rates and products for their needs. With the customer at the forefront, you’ll proactively address their needs, offering swift and efficient solutions, while ensuring a seamless, personal, and effortless digital experience.

If you are successful after screening, you’ll need to attend (in-person) an onsite assessment centre at our Parramatta office (dates TBC)
