Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join their specialist Mortgage Broking team in a vital role with a significant impact in the business. You will join an award-winning team and use your exceptional administration and customer service skills to help clients throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage client loan applications, including data input, servicing assessments and compliance documentation
• Support clients from lodgement to settlement ensuring timely communication
• Complete LVR and LMI calculations
• Assist clients with any loan enquires in a professional manner
• Review existing client files to ensure compliance and accuracy

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role with the ability to confidently manage clients and loan files
• Strong understanding of the loan submission process
• Ability to perform LVR and LMI calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to pick up new systems easily
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
