About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Support Operator to join our team with the opportunity to grow into our Loan Assessing Department and our Recoveries Department. You'll start by working alongside our experienced operators, loan assessors and account managers, gaining hands-on training in our CRM system and business processes for an initial period. After this initial period, you’ll be trained as either a Loan Assessor or Account Manager, taking on more responsibility and playing a key role in our operations.
In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and our client portal. Your tasks will include assisting clients with new loan applications, managing current loans, and answering general queries. You’ll also support clients with other requests, such as document uploads.

- Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating digital systems.
- Strong numerical aptitude
While previous experience in finance is not essential, we are particularly interested in individuals who have a clear, assertive phone manner and a positive “can do” attitude, with experience working in fast-paced, customer-service based roles.
