They’ve built a digital-first platform focused on low-deposit lending, and after three years refining their model, they’re scaling up fast. Now, they’re searching for a passionate Home Loan Specialist to guide customers from lead to settlement with empathy, creativity, and expert advice.

Why this role matters

You’ll be the bridge between aspiration and ownership—working closely with customers, simplifying the home loan journey, and helping them navigate government schemes, deposit challenges, and lending structures with confidence.

This is more than a lending or processing job. You’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, influencing operational improvements, and contributing directly to the growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead borrowers through the full journey from enquiry to settlement

• Provide tailored advice on low-deposit options, non LMI options, grants, and exemptions

• Communicate the business’ value proposition with clarity and care

• Manage a busy pipeline with high levels of customer interaction

• Think beyond rate—help clients maximise income and deposit potential

• Share feedback with founders and help evolve internal systems and processes

What you’ll bring:

• 2–4 years’ experience in mortgage broking, lending, or banking support

• Financial literacy and a genuine interest in property, fintech, and customer experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A solutions-focused mindset with a bias toward action

• Grit, curiosity, and the drive to grow in a startup environment
