The Role

Due to a significant number of current and future projects, this organisation is seeking a Loan Administrator to support the CFO with the management, tracking and follow up of all loans for projects.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Complete loan summary for lender applications
• Follow up with banks and institutions on progress
• File and track all documents
• Provide documentation and information to lenders
• Engage with all 3rd parties such as solicitors, conveyancors and accountants
• Liaise with other staff members to ensure prompt service and turnaround times
• Support the finance team with other matters relating to loans

About You

To be successful in this role it is essential to have previous experience working with mortgage loans and applications, experience in a Broker is preferred, however lender experience is also advantageous. It is also essential to possess:

• Strong attention to detail
• A stable working history
• A proactive attitude
• An outgoing and friendly disposition
• The ability to work autonomously
