Canterbury Finance is seeking an organised and experienced Loans Processor to join our professional team on a full-time basis, working alongside our single Broker, Post Settlement Officer & small team of other Loans Processors.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Document requests/preparation including verifying living expenses
• Completing servicing calculators for multiple lenders
• Generating loan applications, required compliance documents & online application forms
• Following up with lenders, clients & solicitors
• Interest rate pricing
• Upfront valuations
• Scanning/filing documents
• Post settlement duties

Experience & attributes:

• Prior experience within the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of a variety of lender policies & products
• Confidence processing loan applications from start to finish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with Flex software and/or Broker Engine is advantageous, though non-essential
• Clear & effective communication skills in person, via phone & email
